This page explains what we collect on nomsecret.app and what we do with it. Short version: we only collect what you explicitly give us, and we use it only to tell you when NomSecret launches.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. That's it — no name, no phone, no location, no tracking pixels, no analytics.

Why we collect it

So we can email you once, when NomSecret launches in September 2026, and occasionally if there's important pre-launch news. We do not sell, rent, or share your address with third parties for marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are handled by Web3Forms, which delivers them to our inbox. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which logs basic request data (IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention as described in their privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until two years after launch if you never engage — whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under GDPR and similar regimes you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email hello@nomsecret.app and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

This landing page does not set any cookies and does not use analytics or tracking pixels.
